Please note: Carrier delays, weather events, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally extend delivery times by a few days.

If you order items from both the European lab (Botanicals) and the US warehouses (Hardware/Pets), please expect to receive two or more packages arriving on different days. This process ensures specialized care and quality control for every product you purchase
